I have to walk everyday to help me improve from the back surgery. Today I decided that Lance should walk
with me. He is the only one that will walk right next to me. We walked a 1/2 mile together. He had a great time
smelling new things as well as seeing new things. It was laso nice for me to have someone to walk with.
He is a great dog.

I'm glad that you have a walking companion! It makes such a HUGE difference! GO Lance!

YAY for great walking companions. I agree with everyone too...I never like walks with out the Roo!!

How is your back feeling?

Good boy, Lance! He is helping you rehab your back! I think Alf is the one who is wrecking my back when we walk, since he pulls so hard. I am going to have to resort to the gentle leader type head harness again. It is the only thing that slows him down, and he hates it, but I have to give my poor back some relief.

Oh yes! Walks are always welcome and appreciated! My daily routine has been forever modified to include a minimum of one a day since June 22, 2007 (the day I adopted Z!). We have walked off many a bad mood, anxiety attack, tough decision, and, yes, even a hangover (me not him)!!
