So last night I was in bed with my fiancee and of course Eppie was curled up under the covers as well. We were all just starting to fall asleep when we smelled it: the smelliest, most horrible fart we've ever smelled . Eppie has the occasional gas (what dog doesn't?), even some stinky ones, but this was, hands down, the absolute worst of the worst. How bad was it, you might ask? It was so bad that a moment later Eppie herself crawled up from beneath the covers for some fresh air!!!

I have no idea what on earth happened to make that dog create such a powerful smell (I think it was the piece of bacon my fiancee gave her, but she's eaten it before and had been fine), but whatever it was, I hope it never happens again!

I love when they fart and the smell is so bad that they get and move away! Or when they fart out loud and scare themselves

Zip tries to act like they didn't happen. He'll be sitting on the couch next to you and then he'll fart while jumping off or he'll fart while he stretches. Luckily they're usually not too deadly!

That is so funny. Lance is one that will fart and then look around as if to see who did it. Never blaming himself for the awful act.

hehehe so funny.zephers farts r usualy silent,i laugh so hard when there is a noise,because he will look at his butt like what the heck is that? then look at me like did that come out of me? he does it every time like he's forgoten what it sounds like.

Sigi sometimes has nasty "puppy fumes" as my hubby calls them. He either acts like nothing happened or he'll look around to say "it wasn't me"

Nothing is more romantic than you are getting cuddly with your signifcant other and one of the dogs rips a stinky one!!

Echo, our black and tan Min Pin, sometimes farts and when she does, I hear a little*poot* noise but the funny thing is, it always SCARES HER and she immediately jumps up and runs out of the room! like "WhatwhatWHAT? What was that??? Don't look at me, it scared me too!"

when we were walking last weekend,the mastif on the corner decided he did not like us walking by so he decided to try to pick up reggie(i.g)by the butt,i have been giving him antibiotics for a few days(for the puncture wound) sence then reggies gas has been realy bad.

Kim, you're totally right! Boxer farts are pretty bad! Our Boxer, Sadie, could run you out of the house. Our Boxer/Shar pei mix, Annie, would actually scare herself when she farted. She'd fart, turn around and look at her butt then almost kill herself running out of the room. That was funny!

Okay, last night they were ALL farting - so that is 2 greyhounds and a beagle. OMG

We have been very lucky with the iggies and Cleo. But when Angel lets on go,
you just want to run as far away as you can from her. But she always follows
right behind you and carries the odor with her.

I totally agree with the boxer farts. My sister has a boxer and he literally will make everyone in the room leave with the dry heaves. They sound like human farts too. Yuck. My Iggies will fart but they are silent. My Mia has the stinkies all the time.

I nearly peed myself the other day. Reddi was on the floor taking a nap and he decided to hop up on the armchair for more comfort. Yep, you guessed it- the loudest exercise induced fart in history!

my boys love broccoli and cauliflower.but omg the gas,the other night reggie was laying streched out with his butt in our faces(like normal)there was a little poot sound and we all had to get up and leave the room,so much stink for a little dog.
