If you use a MAC, the toolbar will not work with Camino or Safari, however it will work with the Mac version of Firefox.

Use the Mac version of Firefox and the toolbar will work fine (with the exception of the radio).

I did, although not sure how to use it.

Whenever you need to do a Google search you type in your search in the search box on your toolbar. Also, you can see your local weather if you click the little cloud icon. If you can't get into WhippetTalk, click the little globe icon that says WT Backup and it will take you there. Also, the pop up blocker is enabled so if you get a pm, it won't pop up on your screen. You need to click the little icon with the red NO sign on it to allow pop ups on this site. There's lots of neat stuff on it so just click things and see what happens!

Glad you like it. I really like listening to the NPR radio online. And I love the idea that every time I do a search, WhippetTalk gets a penny. Those pennies add up. The license for the board is due in February 2008, so the more money we get from things like the toolbar or using the links to shop, the less money I have to ask for.

I am using it constantly. So you should get quite a bit from me.

How do I get NPR on it? I clicked on the jmore gadgets button, but can't find NPR as one of the choices on the LabPixies site.

There should be a radio on the far right of your toolbar. You might have to click the double right arrows to see it though.

If you have any suggestions for links you want added to the toolbar just let me know. Also, I added some coupons to the Shopping links. Whenever I see a promotion or coupon, I'll add it.

Hey Kim,

I had delayed installing the tool bar because the requirements state that my computer needs to have a Windows operating system. However, I was able to add it to Firefox on my mac--so it is cross platform, but it won't run on the Mac default browser, Safari. It was the same set-up procedure as it would be on a Windows computer.

Whippet Talk will start getting pennies from me now.
